## End-to-End Assessment Flow

1. **Prepare:** An educator creates an exercise or adds assessment material, questions, answers, marks, and evaluation guidance.
2. **Validate:** The educator reviews extracted or generated content, corrects issues, and confirms the assessment before publishing.
3. **Assign:** The exercise is published to the intended batch, class, section, student group, or institutional workflow.
4. **Complete:** Students answer using pen and paper.
5. **Upload:** A student, teacher, or authorized institutional workflow uploads the completed answer sheet.
6. **Process:** OCR extracts handwriting and AI assists with evaluation using the assessment context.
7. **Review:** Educators inspect submissions, marks, feedback, and analysis.
8. **Act:** Teachers, students, and academic leaders use the results for feedback, re-teaching, practice, intervention, or reporting.

## Upload and Processing Guidance

- Follow the accepted format shown in the upload window.
- Use a single PDF when the workflow requires one PDF.
- Where images are allowed, use clear PNG, JPG, or JPEG files.
- Do not mix a PDF and image files in the same upload.
- Keep pages readable, complete, upright, and in order.
- Review the selected file before final submission.
- Keep the browser open until completion is confirmed.
- A re-upload can replace earlier evidence; use it only when the replacement is intended.

## Browser Agent Enquiry Workflow

The public website exposes two progressive-enhancement WebMCP tools in compatible browsers:

1. `open_chanakya_contact` navigates from another Chanakya AI website page to the canonical contact page.
2. `prepare_chanakya_enquiry` validates user-provided contact details and fills the visible enquiry form for a school, college, or university.

The preparation tool accepts a name, institution, role, email, phone, and optional curriculum, student count, and message. It does not send data to EmailJS or submit the form. The page shows a notice that an AI assistant prepared the enquiry, and the user must review every field and click **Send Message**.

## Human Oversight

Chanakya AI is described as AI-assisted assessment technology. Educators and authorized institutional users can review assessment content, submissions, results, and analytics. Do not present an AI-generated mark, feedback item, or recommendation as a substitute for the institution's academic judgment or applicable assessment policy.
